What) Pam has a well deserved reputation as a speedy driver. (Ask me to tell you about the time she was picked up going 3 times the speed limit.) She has also earned her reputation for not getting emotionally involved with the events that take place around her on a daily basis.

    Where) On Highway 16 between Portage la Prairie and Neepawa

    Why) Should I have been surprised when she got involved with a very slow moving truck that was towing a boat?  Now, thanks to the Gladstone Buckys, a gasoline stop and the two lane highway I had us driving on, she ended up having to drive behind and eventually pass this vehicle three times in the space of 30 minutes but this is still not the sort of thing that usually gets to her.  I thought it was so unusual that I eventually started taking pictures of it for posterity.

This might be a speed low for Pam in daylight on dry pavement.

I had lots of opportunities to get this shot right without needing my camera's zoom feature.

After we passed the boat for the last time, I got out of the car in Neepawa and photographed him passing us.
P.S. You should be thankful that Pam did not take pictures of the object on this trip that I became obsessed about.
